Aaron R. Reppert founder of TravSonic Studios now sees his company reach it's 10th year coming 2008. “I never thought I would have my own production company and be my own boss,” stated Aaron. “I feel very privileged to have found and am able work with such amazing artists and production staff,” he added.
Mr. Reppert graduated from the San Francisco State MSP program in 2002 with a certificate in “Digital Design and Production”. After high school, Aaron received a scholarship to collage. “I really didn't know what direction I wanted to go when I graduated high school, but audio and video production was always my passion,” said Aaron.
In 1998, Aaron attended the “California Recording Institute” program. This was the first path in his career. He finished the program and enrolled in the Multimedia Studies (MSP) program at SFSU. He was very fortunate to have gotten a scholarship for he put all the money he saved for collage toward a full production studio. “As I learned new software and how to work production equipment, I purchased the equipment and learned a lot on my own which made me finish college mush faster. Greg Gordon (Pro Tools expert and owner of “Pyramind”) really helped me learn Pro Tools and audio production in a direct and professional style that I could understand,” explained Aaron.
Aaron Reppert’s career just keeps expanding as years goes by. Look out for his productions in the future. “It’s been a long path and hard work to get where I am now and I know there is still a longer and more fulfilling path ahead,” concluded Aaron.
